Simple message: If you let your kids play games on your android phone or tablet, make sure you don’t have a payment method stored in Goggle Wallet. If you do, you’ll end up paying for in-game upgrades (publisher refused to refund it), as I found out just the other day. My 5yo son, who can’t read, bought “diamond” upgrade for a tower defense game. They make it so easy to buy stuff that you don’t even have to know what you’re doing, as my son had no idea.

The simple solution to this problem is to remove any stored payment methods from your Google Wallet. If you want to buy something, add you credit card info, buy it, then remove your credit card info. It’s a hassle, but not as much as having to pay for crap accidentally purchased by your kids. Big BOOOO to game publisher “Com2uS”.
